Sean Bryers was born and raised in Montana. He is an artist and educator who explores the beauty of natural landscapes, the significance of historical landmarks, and surrealistic interpretations of nature. Sean works as a junior high and high school art teacher in Darby, Montana, and teaches a variety of subjects, such as painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, and digital art.

After receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in painting and drawing and a Bachelor of Art Education (K-12) degree from the University of Montana, Sean Bryers’ thirst for knowledge led him back to his alma mater. He recently attained his Master of Arts in arts integration in education. His artwork mainly consists of privately commissioned paintings and murals. Still, he owns and operates Brushes with Bryers, a portable painting class, and is working on a new digital art business called Upward Artworks, where he is designing artwork for clothing.

Sean currently resides in Corvallis, Montana with his wife and two kids.
