As a student-centered educator for over 15 years, Ms. Rhodz provided enrichment for advanced learners using the intersection of Independent Studies projects and interpersonal discussion. Skilled in building strong relationships based in mutual respect, her candid counsel encouraged students to optimize self-reflection, identify their evident strengths and challenges, and ignite their potential for personal empowerment.
Always a homeschooling teacher for her own gifted learners, Arielle still champions interest-led and place-based learning while reading as many books a day as possible. Calling this break from the classroom her ‘PhD in Patience,’ Arielle has only increased her flexibility and honed her purpose: to facilitate self-awareness, growth and agency for gifted youth.
