Wild Soul Movement is a gentle, women’s only movement practice that uses mantras and affirmations along with thoughtful reflection to help get you un-stuck...both mentally and physically. Grounding, inspiring and loving, this practice is all about building self-appreciation, trust and confidence.
No previous experience with meditation or any kind of movement (like dance or yoga) is necessary and it's for all kinds of bodies. During some classes we use a phrase as our focus, other classes use music, and there's always a bit of time at the end to doodle or journal about your experience after which sharing is welcome.
Sliding scale donation $12-$22 per class. You can make your donation through venmo @openendedexa . We also accept cash or check.
Participants may register for individual classes or the entire 6-week series.
