What makes you feel alive? How do you use your words, your voice, your body, to engage with that aliveness?
We are all poets and during this 4 hours together you will discover the truth of this.
By engaging in poetry as we recite the words, move with the words, play with the words, you will begin a new relationship with the written and spoken word that will inform your life in new and vibrant ways.

Bring a sack lunch and weather permitting we will eat out on the lawn. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in. Bring something to write in and your favorite pen.
