Gentle vinyasa style yoga with breath work and meditation. Yogo is a personal practice and we will be encouraged to go to our own edge, regardless of what anyone else in the class is doing. Every day every body is different, so our practice will be unique to how we’re feeling on any given day. Classes will be challenging and fun and we will leave feeling better than when we arrived.
Each class will begin and end with a grounding meditation.
Suggested donation $10-20, open to barter as well.
