Mindful Meditation Introduction - Nov 4, 11, 18, and 25
This four-week Mindful Meditation Course is for beginners or those who wish to hone their practice. The course design is very flexible and can be delivered in various formats.
Monday (drop in 6-8 pm)
As open-ended as we can get. The studio is your home away from home (without chores calling your name). Paint, doodle, clay, dream, stamp, collage; arting with wild abandon. Finish up works started in group, get one on one coaching for your creative urges, bring in the piece from home you just can’t seem to finish. Tap into what is calling out for expression.
Ease your way into your evening with an all levels gentle yoga class. This slower paced class will focus on stretching and relaxing as we breathe deeply and wind down from our days.
